Daniele Porello



   

I am an Assitant Professor at the KRDB Research Center for Knowledge and Data of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (KRDB).
I was at the Laboratory for Applied Ontology (ISTC-CNR) (LOA), at the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC) of the University of Amsterdam, and at the Laboratoire Bordelais de Recherche en Informatique (LABRI), (INRIA). In 2006, I defended my PhD in Philosophy at University of Genova.



Research interests.  I do research on logical themes in mathematical economics, artificial intelligence, and multiagent systems. I have been working on non-classical logics, social choice theory, knowledge representation and foundational ontology.
Moreover, I do research in philosophy, in particular on philosophy of logic, philosophy of language, ontology, deliberative democracy, and distributive justice.
